Odd; you said ppl are getting bored w/ social networking.We started our message board in a new place(after 3 + yrs)thinking a new place,a slight revamp might get things to pick up.Then i got the word from the admin of another board that these forums were dying off.Now you tell me social networking is going to die off.
I thought this was one of the reasons these forums were biting the dust.We have 3 admins,no members.Put alot of effort into getting it set up too.
Oh well…if social networking is going to be a thing of the past maybe the forums will pick up again.
However,i know one place that’s a combination of forum,social networking,polls and blogs and it’s taking off like a rocket.Lotts better than myspace too.
At least you get more involved than just sending comments back and forth and watching your back for ‘hook ups.’ Which is basically what myspace is.
It’s awesome and it’s really really active.Kinda stumbled into it:
